Malwa Plateau

Malwa Plateau is a plateau region in north-central India bounded by Madhya Bharat Plateau and Bundelkhand Upland to north, Vindhya Range to east and south and Gujarat Plains to west. The Malwa Plateau ranges in elevation from about 500-600 metres. The western part of the region is drained by Mahi River, the middle section by Chambal River and the eastern part by Betwa River and the headwaters of Dhasan and Ken rivers.
