AGE Limits: The candidates should be at least 18 years old and the maximum age accepted for the Jail Warders will be 27 years. The applicants who want reservation in the Upper Age limit will get it as per their caste or category.
Educational Qualification:
The applicants who belong to the general category should be the 10th pass and candidates in SC and ST categories should be the 8th pass.

The candidates will have to attach a copy of the below-given documents. All these documents should be attested.
- Photo ID Proof for example Adhar Card, Voter ID, Pan Card etc.
- Permanent Residency Certificate of Tripura (PRTC).

- 04 Recent Passport Size Photographs.
- Discharge Certificate (For Ex-Servicemen)

Physical Fitness and Physical Test
- Minimum Height: 165 cm (For Scheduled Tribes) and 167.64 cm (For others)
- Chest Minimum: 78.74 cm (Unexpanded) and 83.82 cm (Expanded) for those whose height is 167.64 cm or more. 76.2 cm (Unexpanded) and 81.28 cm (Expanded) for those whose height is less than 167.64 cm.
- High Jump: Maximum 4 feet (In 2 attempts)
